Art Dickerson
Director of Institutional Markets

Art Dickerson was named Director of Institutional Markets in February 2006. Art joined PDRI in July 2005 as Regional Marketing Manager for District 4. He earned a B.S. from Indiana University, and holds eight professional certifications. Art was the Director of Sales & Marketing for Horlander Enterprises, and was named the 2004 National Marketing Person of the Year for Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network. He is the President of the Honorable Order of the Blue Goose International / Kentucky Pond, and resides in Southern Indiana.

Denna Wright
Regional Manager

Denna Wright has been associated with Paul Davis Restoration for over twenty years. She has B.S. and M.S. degrees from Indiana University. Her extensive experience includes being a PDRI field trainer, a facilitator for business management, and a help desk support technician. Additionally, Denna has developed a National Customer Service/Local Marketing program. She has six years experience as a former PDR business owner, and resides in Northeast Florida.

Tony Merrick
Regional Manager

Tony Merrick has twenty years of consultative business sales and management experience. He has four years experience as a Regional Manager, and has had six years experience as owner of a multi-million dollar PDR franchise. Tony has an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from University of Texas-Austin. He resides in Texas.

Robert Robbins
Regional Manager

Robert Robbins has been associated with Paul Davis Restoration for over fourteen years. He holds several industry designations including: Master Textile Cleaner, Master Smoke/Fire Restorer, Master Water Restorer and Certified Mold Remediator. Bob was named Regional Manager of the Northeast and North Central division for PDRI in July 2005, and has owned a PDR franchise since March 1991. He resides in Connecticut.

John Bass
Director of Mitigation Services

John “Sonny” Bass joined PDRI as a quality service representative and field manager in 2001 after owning a million dollar janitorial company for nineteen years, and after owning and operating a PDR franchise in Southwest Georgia for seven years. Holding eighteen certifications, including three master certifications with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC), Sonny is an IICRC instructor and mitigation consultant to the PDR network. Former Executive Director of the IICRC, he presently serves on the IICRC Task Advisory Committee for Applied Structural Drying, as well as PDRI representative on the IICRC Certification Board. Sonny resides in Northeast Florida.

Chris Davis
Senior Field Manager

Chris Davis’ primary duties include training owners and associates on Estimating and Project Management, and providing on-site field training for new owners and resale offices. With a B.S. in business from the University of Colorado, Chris obtained both residential and commercial certifications (RM and MAI) from the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers. He has also worked seventeen years as an independent real estate appraiser, developer, and broker. He spent two years working with and training adults in an inter-denominational children's ministry. Chris owned a successful PDR franchise in the Denver area for ten years. He resides in Northeast Florida.

Heath Whittle
Director of Training

Dr. Heath Whittle has been with PDRI since 1992, serving as Director of Training for eight years. Prior to joining PDRI, he taught at the university level for twelve years and served as a Vice President at St. Vincent’s Medical Center for eight years. For over twelve years, Heath managed a business that involved marketing corporate health promotion and wellness. He served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, and holds a bachelors and masters degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a doctorate from Florida State University. He resides in Northeast Florida.

Ray Berger
Field Support Representative-South Central Region

Ray Berger has over twenty-five years experience as a construction manager, project manager and safety officer for industrial, commercial, environmental and residential construction. He has experience working with various governmental agencies, engineers, architects, and contractors. He works with PDR franchises to assure quality workmanship, assists with field training, and reviews work in progress. He holds certifications in Commercial Loss Mitigation, Fire, Smoke, Water, Mold and Applied Structural Drying. Ray is approved as an instructor for OSHA training and holds a master water restorers certificate. He attended Texas A&M University, and resides in Texas.

Darin Davies
Field Support Representative – West and Pacific Region

Darin joined PDRI after working as an sucessful associate in one of our franchises. His background includes five years in executive sales and high-tech marketing in the Silicon Valley. As FSR for the Western and Pacific U.S., he coaches and assists offices with best practices, operations support and field training. Darin holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Nevada-Reno, earned IICRC certifications in Fire, Smoke, Water and Mold and is ASD certified. Darin currently resides in Nevada.

Tom Seibert
Vendor Relations

After spending five years as a consultant in vendor relations and strategic sourcing projects for the PDR network, Tom Seibert joined PDRI in January 2005. He worked for eighteen years for a company specializing in remodeling and installing building materials for home builders; he was president for six years. Tom was involved with the inception of the remodeling initiative with PDRI. He is CAPS (Certified Age in Place Specialist) certified by the National Association of Homebuilders. Tom earned a B.A. in Business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and resides in Central Ohio.

Barry Floyd
Director of Franchisee Accounting

Barry Floyd began his career with PDRI in 2000 as Financial Systems Manager, and was promoted to Director of Franchisee Accounting in 2002. His responsibilities include educating franchisees and their CPAs on our proprietary job costing software and construction accounting. Barry earned a B.B.A. in Accounting and a MBA from Stetson University, and is a CPA in the state of Florida. He resides in Northeast Florida.

Anita Marks
Senior JCA Trainer/Business Support Advisor

Anita Marks spent five years as a PDR franchise Job Cost Accountant in Wisconsin before joining PDRI in 1994. She has been extremely active in training and supporting franchisees’ Job Cost Accountants over the last decade and was promoted to Senior JCA Trainer/Business Support Advisor in March 2005. She resides in Northwestern Wisconsin.

John Cadwell
Software Support Accountant

John Cadwell has over eleven years experience as controller and internal auditor functions in the accounting field, and in successful employee management and technical computerized systems. He joined PDRI in June 2005. John holds a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Georgia Southern University, and resides in Northeast Florida.
