Scott Baker

Scott Baker
President and CEO

Scott Baker joined Paul Davis Restoration, Inc (PDRI) in May of 1995 as President and CEO. Prior to this, Scott was with International Power Technology in Redwood City, California for nine years where he held the position of President and CEO. He also spent several years in commercial banking as Vice President and General Manager of a wholesale bank in Taiwan. Scott graduated from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He also has a J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee and is a member of the Florida Bar. Scott resides in Northeast Florida.

 
Tim Robinson

Tim Robinson
Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance

Tim Robinson was named CFO effective January 2002. Prior to that time, he served as Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Controller. Tim is a certified public accountant and has been employed by PDRI since March 1993. He has worked for Arthur Anderson & Co. as an accountant and audit manager. Tim holds BA and MA degrees from West Virginia University, a Masters of Accounting from the University of Arizona and a Masters of Management from the University of Miami-Florida. He resides in Northeast Florida.

 
Mike Stokes

Mike Stokes
Corporate Legal Counsel

Mike Stokes joined PDRI as Corporate Legal Counsel in September 1997. He was formerly an attorney at Mahoney Adams & Criser, P.A., and was also a Certified Public Accountant. He earned both his J.D. and B.S. degrees from the University of Florida. Mike resides in Northeast Florida.

 
Tracy Bachtell

Tracy Bachtell
Vice President Business Development

Tracy Bachtell joined PDRI in late 2003 after spending more than twenty-five years working in the insurance industry. His experience includes property claims adjusting for both staff and independent companies. For nearly ten years, he was Director of Property claims for Economy Fire & Casualty, a Kemper company. During his tenure with Economy, Tracy developed both the Property Claim Procedures and the Catastrophe Operations manuals. Tracy graduated from Western Illinois University with a B.S. in Mathematics. He has earned both his Associate in Claims and CPCU designations. He served as a contributing author on several of the AIC course texts. He also taught both AIC and CPCU courses at the Highland Community College in Illinois. After St. Paul Companies' purchased Economy Fire and Casualty in 1993, Tracy continued working with The St. Paul in their Administrative and Procurement Services division where he was Director of Planning and Measures. After leaving the St. Paul Companies in 2000, he joined the NCA Group, a Catastrophe adjusting company where he became the Director of Operations. Tracy joined PDRI in 2003 as VP Business Development and currently provides senior management oversight for the Sales and Marketing departments. He is also responsible for the Large Loss, Commercial Loss and Catastrophe divisions. Tracy has written several articles for Claims Magazine on various industry topics including structural drying. He and his wife, Karen, reside in St. Johns, Florida. They have one adult son who practices law in Chicago, Illinois.

 
Robb King

Robb King
Vice President Operations

Robb King has been associated with Paul Davis Restoration since 1974. Joining his father’s Paul Davis Restoration franchise (PDR) in Southwest Florida, Robb worked in all capacities of the business to eventually oversee its successful operation. He joined PDRI in 1992, and has been involved in training, operations, strategic sourcing, technology initiatives, mitigation and National expansion of Paul Davis Remodeling. Robb is a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), CAPS, CGR designations and the Institue of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC), WRT, FST, ASD, AMRT designations. He has been on the advisory board for multiple industry related companies and state regulatory and inspection agencies. Robb attended Manatee Community College and the University of South Florida where he majored in civil engineering, with a minor in architecture. He resides in Northeast Florida.
