Frank Novak
Director of Software Development

Frank Novak's employment began in June of 1994, though he has been associated with Paul Davis Restoration since 1980 as an IT consultant. His first project was a computerized property estimating system, which he completed in 1982, when there were exactly 9 franchises in the Paul Davis network. This was the first known automated estimating system in the restoration industry. The very talented group of programmers and administrators that Frank currently manages continue to introduce innovative software and new hardware solutions to help our company and it's franchise owners market more effectively and work more efficiently. Frank is based in Jacksonville, FL, and enjoys football, baseball, aviation, and auto sports.

Michael Mazur
Director of Information Systems

Michael Mazur provides management oversight for the administrative and helpdesk teams. He is responsible for providing technical consultation in the development and maintenance efforts of National/Regional Marketing Programs, Estimating Software, Sales Force Automation and providing technical leadership related to the PDR organization. Michael joined the PDR team as a Quality Service Representative in 1996 after being a partner in the Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties franchise for 2 years. Michael was significant in the development and deployment of E-Services initiatives and he is one of the few Xactware Affiliate Trainers in the Nation. He is an alumnus of Old Dominion University and Santa Barbara City College, with a background in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences. Michael is originally from New Jersey, via the California Central Coast and resides in St. Johns Florida.



			Anita Marks Senior JCA Trainer/Business Support Advisor Anita Marks spent five years working in a PDR franchise in Wisconsin as a Job Cost Accountant (JCA) before joining PDRI in July of 1994. Over the past 14 years, Anita has been extremely active in training and supporting PDR franchisees' JCA's. In March of 2005, Anita was promoted to Senior JCA Trainer/Business Support Advisor. In her free time, Anita enjoys hiking in the mountains, camping and fishing, and she is an avid Green Bay Packer fan. Anita currently lives on Lake Flambeau in Northwestern Wisconsin.

			Yuting Cui Software Developer Yuting Cui started with PDRI in July of 2003, and holds the position of Software Developer. Yuting focuses mainly on the web side of software development, developing and maintaining web applications, such as PDInSync. His responsbilities also include doing data reports and helping the PDRI staff with data analysis. Yuting has an M.S. degree in computer science from Ball State University in Muncie, IN. Prior to working for PDRI, Yuting was an English teacher and also a Software Developer. In his free time, Yuting enjoys watching movies, reading non-fictions, music, traveling, and photography. Yuting resides in St. Augustine, Florida.



			Frank Cartisano Application Specialist Frank began his tenure at Paul Davis in January 2010. His primary focus is Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its migration to the IRMS successor project, not only as a key technical resource, but as the CRM trainer as well. His most recent experience is with US Bank where was a Tier 2 Network Planning Analyst for the Network Operations Center. He retains more than 15 years of job experience int he I.T. field and holds globally recognized certifications such as Cisco's CCNA and Microsoft's MCSE. Frank graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. Frank resides with his family in Northeast Florida.
