The Marketing TeamPDRI has several people dedicated to 'getting our message out' to our clients and customers.The senior sales people focus on providing solutions for the insurance and institutional markets. Our marketing managers provide critical support to the franchisees at the local level, giving them the tools and training necessary to provide the best in customer relationship management. They all work in a consulting capacity acting as a communications bridge between the client or customer and the franchise owners. Listed are the names, responsibilities and biographies for this talented group of people.

Malcolm Stone
Director of Marketing & Communications
Malcolm Stone has more than 12 years experience in corporate marketing. He has spent the last four years working as a marketing consultant for small to mid-size companies in North Florida. He primarily assisted clients in marketing planning, developing websites, branding, internet marketing, and direct marketing projects. His most recent corporate position was Director of Corporate Marketing for The Suddath Companies - a Jacksonville-based transportation and logistics company. In this position, he was responsible for corporate and local marketing for Suddath's branch offices. Malcolm has beein with PDRI since August 2008. His responsibilities include coordinating both internal and external communications, monitoring marketing related projects/proposals for economic viability and provide periodic status reports as to their effectiveness, and champion our internet and B to C initiatives. He will also assist in managing the various marketing vendors. Malcolm graduated from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL with a degree in business. He currently resides in Neptune Beach, Florida.

Kathy Gillette
Director of Local Marketing
Kathy Gillette has over eighteen years experience in the sales and marketing division of PDRI. She is responsible for managing the local marketing program for PDRI. As a corporate trainer, she oversees the training and development of local marketers and new franchise owners within the PDR network. She provides technical, creative and marketing support to the entire network, and is certified through the IICRC. Kathy attended Florida Community College at Jacksonville, is active in fundraising for the Northeast Alzheimer's Association and resides in Northeast Florida.

Andrea Schaefer
Marketing Operations Specialist
Andrea Schaefer came to Paul Davis with over 5 years marketing and advertising experience. As Marketing Operations Specialist at Paul Davis, she supports the Strategic Marketing Plan (SMP) and is the primary resource for SMP funded programs, vendors and activities. Acting as a liaison between franchisees and the SMP, Andrea assists in the developement of marketing programs, campaigns and marketing collateral. Andrea also manages the marketing pages on the company's intranet as well as maintains Paul Davis' website. Andrea graduated with a B.A. in Business from Flagler College and now resides in Jacksonville Beach, FL.

Christina Zabawski
Marketing Manager, West
Chris Zabawski joined the PDRI team in early 2009. She has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing, and over 10 of those years were spent as a Sales and Marketing Manager. She has a background in Agent and Adjuster marketing, including recruiting and training. Chris has a Doctorate from Cleveland State University in Applied Humanities. She is also IICRC certified in fire and water. Chris' main responsibilities include local marketing training and mentoring for all PDR franchises west of the Mississippi, and Florida.

Emily Crews
Social Media Coordinator
Emily Crews joined Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. in November of 2007 as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. She began her current position with the company as social media coordinator in November of 2009. In this position, Emily is responsible for enhancing Paul Davis’ presence on the web through social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. She is also a resource for the franchisees encouraging each office to reach out to their local community with their own social media campaigns. Emily earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Florida and resides in Central California.

Melissa Leen
Educational Coordinator
Melissa Leen joined PDRI in April of 2009, taking on the position of Educational Coordinator. Melissa has a background in human resource and administration within public and private agencies. Her biggest responsibilities include coordinating registration and scheduling of all training classes at Paul Davis University, as well as scheduling Continuing Education courses and processing credits with State’s departments of insurance for franchises throughout the country. Melissa has a bachelor of arts in Humanities with a minor in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, where she also competed on their Cross Country and Track and Field teams. She is currently a graduate student in the University of North Florida’s Masters of Public Administration program. In her free time she enjoys volunteering, running, reading, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.

Kali Edwards
Accounts Administrator
Kali Freeland is a native of Jacksonville, FL. Prior to joining PDRI, Kali worked in many hospitality roles for over seven years. Kali has a Bachelors degree from the University of North Florida. Kali started her career with PDRI in 2007, taking on the role of Operations Coordinator. She has since changed positions and is now working with Tracy Bachtell as Accounts Administrator. She works closely with our National program contacts and oversees technical maintenance of these programs.

Stephen Masciocchi
SEO/PPC Specialist
Stephen Masciocchi joined Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. in November 2010 as a SEO/PPC Specialist. He is responsible for optimizing the content of Paul Davis Restoration's local websites to ensure a high ranking in search engines. In addition, he assists local franchisees with setting up their pay-per-click campaigns. Stephen has more than 10 years of internet marketing experience, including writing online content, optimizing content for search and web design. Prior to joining Paul Davis, Stephen was the webmaster for Edward Waters College. Stephen is a graduate of Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH where he received a B.A. in History. He is the proud father of two boys and resides in Jacksonville, FL.

Peg Reinhart
SEO/PPC Specialist
Peg Reinhart has more than 20 years experience in technology, including internet, programming, analysis, consulting, training, and sales and marketing. Prior to Paul Davis, Peg was an interent consultant for the Florida Times-Union real estate sales team. Peg has both national and international business experience. Peg has been with Paul Daivs Restoration, Inc. since January 2011. Her responsibilities include; maintaining franchisee websites, optimizing websites for internet search engines and training franchisees on pay-per-click advertising. Peg studied business at Fordham University and computer science at Metropolotian State College of Denver. She is certified in Google AdWords and is a Microsoft Office Expert. She currently resides in St. Augustine, FL.
